PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing toner which permits recycling of polymer toner, is economic and is efficient from an ecological view point and, moreover, can obtain the toner having a high picture density and stability and causes no fogging. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing toner particles, the toner particles are manufactured by polymerizing at least polymerizable monomers or a polymerizable monomer composition in an aqueous medium.
