PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor system capable of separating a sensor for detecting position displacement and displacement in other physical quantities from a transducer that converts a detection signal to an electric signal that can be processed as a specific measurement unit or a numerical value and is independent of the sensor spatially for exchanging in a state, where error processing peculiar to the sensor can be made. SOLUTION: The sensor 1 for detecting the displacement in physical quantities is connected (5) to the transducer 2 that converts the detection signal to the electric signal that can be processed as the specific measurement unit or numerical value and is independent of the sensor spatially. A memory chip 4 having storage contents, based on error information peculiar to the sensor, is mounted and the storage contents can be transmitted to the transducer. When the sensor is connected to a power supply via the sensor itself or the transducer, the storage contents, based on the error information in the memory chip, can be read/supplied to the transducer immediately after the power supply is turned on.
