PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling/preserving implement for urine specimens with a favorable preserving state of sampled urine specimens by preventing a gap between the outer circumferential part of a filter and a space part, completely filtering bacteria, and preventing bacterial contamination. SOLUTION: The sampling/preserving implement for urine specimens is composed of a sampling holder 3 for the urine specimens with a cover body 2 connected to a lower part of a container holder 1, and a container 5 of the urine specimen closed in a decompressed state by a plug body 4. A cylindrical part 7 is provided below a cylinder body 6 of the container holder, a cylindrical part 9 is provided above a base part 8 of the cover body, a cylindrical pressing body 10 is provided in an inner circumference of the cylindrical part 7 or the cylindrical part 9, the filter is held by pressing the outer circumferential part of the filter 11 by the cylindrical pressing body in a space S formed in interiors of the cylindrical part 7 and the cylindrical part 9 by fitting them together, an injection needle 12 communicated with the space is provided in the cylinder body, a specimen suction tube 13 communicated with the space is provided below the base part, and the container can be inserted into the cylinder body of the container holder from a plug body side.
