PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lightproof sheet which decreases the uptake of heat and can be easily mounted/demounted. SOLUTION: This lightproof sheet 10 has at least two suction cups 10b which are integrally molded on one side. In this case, preferably, the ratio of an area of a region, wherein the suction cup is brought into contact with an object to be mounted, to the area of the whole sheet is in a range of 0.017-50%. Preferably, the diameter of the region, wherein the suction cup is brought into contact with the object to be mounted, in mounting, is in a range of 10-80 mm, and an interval between an object to be mounted and the lightproof sheet in the mounting is in a range of 5-50 mm.
