PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic reinforcing method of a building having a favorable influence on the health of a resident by quakeproofing a wall, a floor or a ceiling in the building, and improving heat the insulating performance, sound insulating performance and airtightness of the wall, the floor or the ceiling. SOLUTION: A through-hole 7 is formed in either of an inside member 3 and an outside member 5 in the wall, the floor or the ceiling 1 of the building, and after passing an undiluted solution of polyurethane foam through a negative ion generator, the undiluted solution is filled and foamed in a space 13 between the inside member and the outside member from the through-hole, and the inside member and the outside member are integrated via the polyurethane foam 15 for generating negative ions.
