PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively manufacturable car upside handrail of an elevator for expanding a work space. SOLUTION: This car upside handrail 30 is installed in a car of the elevator having a car guide device 20 on an upper beam 3, and has handrail horizontal frames 31 and 32 arranged between a cage 6 and the upper beam 3 installed between upper end parts of both vertical frames 2 vertically arranged in both side parts of the cage 6.
