PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding up method and a winding up device for winding up a fiber bundle comprising a plurality of filaments on a bobbin without generating twisting and distortion. SOLUTION: The winding up device for the fiber bundle is the device for winding up the fiber bundle 1 comprising a plurality of filaments on the bobbin 20. The winding up device is provided with a strut 3 standingly provided so as to contact with the fiber bundle 1 fed to the bobbin 20; a plurality of rolls 10 having an axis 11 approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the strut and arranged between the strut 3 and the bobbin 20 such that a sum of embracing angle with the fiber bundle 1 becomes 360°or more.
