发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WHEEL DISK MADE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wheel disk made of aluminum alloy capable of keeping low costs in a manufacturing process and having an uniform distribution of weight. SOLUTION: A plate material 10 using an aluminum alloy material and having a cross-sectioned shape of a required wheel disk is manufactured in a direct drawing method. A shape of a pressed surface of the plate material 10 is equal to the cross-sectioned shape of the aluminum disk. The plate material 10 is formed in a round-shaped wheel disk by making use of one set of upper and lower dies giving a suitable arc angle along a longitudinal direction of the plate material 10 and by applying pressure onto each of divided steps of the plate material 10 in sequence along the longitudinal direction of the plate material 10. Both ends of the plate material 10 are gradually approached, and its connecting gap is welded after one connecting gap is formed. Then, a finished product for one of wheel disks made of aluminum alloy is complete by performing annealing processing, grinding processing, heat treating, and cutting processing in sequence.
