PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the cost for exchanging a game machine to new one. SOLUTION: A circuit device 32 integrated with a control ROM 30 storing a main program and a direction program and a data ROM 31 storing control data such as image data for direction are set in the rear face of a game board 25 which is an exchange unit 4. The circuit device 32 and a main control circuit device 40 are connected by a cable 41 etc. Upon exchanging a game machine to new one, the exchange unit 4 is disassembled from a deferred unit 3 and a new game board is assembled. When main power is turned ON, the main control circuit device 40 reads out programs and data from a program ROM 30 and the data ROM 31 and stores them in a RAM 51.
