<p>A hand-grabbing article for runners is provided, in which a grip including a cylindrical center portion, and end portions which are extended from the center portion and whose cross-sectional widths are gradually narrowed in both directions from the center portion, is formed in a size which can be caught in a hand. Also, at least one finger insertion ring is formed on the outer circumferential portion of the grip. Thus, if a runner wears a hand-grabbing article in a hand during running or walking, attention is concentrated and running or walking is enhanced, to thereby maximize an exercise efficiency.</p> |
