<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inform a host on the outside about a completion report related to the installation and a work deviating from schedule. <P>SOLUTION: The supervisory apparatus 1 creates an installation completion report including information to particularize the supervisory apparatus at completion of the installation of the supervisory apparatus and transmits the report to a center side management server 6 by electronic mail, creates a work start report including information to particularize a work object device and a work start date and time at start of the work applied to the work object device and transmits the report to the center side management server 6 by electronic mail, creates a work completion report including information capable of being cross-referenced to the work start report and including a work completion date and time and transmits the report to the center side management server 6 by electronic mail at completion of the work. The center side management server 6 particularizes the supervisory apparatus whose installation is completed on the basis of the installation completion report, starts ordinary regular processing and recognizes the work period as to the particular device on the basis of the work start report, or the work completion report or the both. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
