<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide prices of musical instruments etc, while reducing a burden of a user within an appropriate range by integrally managing rentals and sales because a user who rents rental goods of an article for highly personal hobby such as a musical instrument has a large tendency to desire to buy and own the rental goods. <P>SOLUTION: If a monthly rental fee is fixed, a total amount (cumulative rental fee ΣRENTAL) payed by a user is increased with the lapse of months as shown in Figure (a). As a total amount of money to be collected from a user buying the rental goods, a sales reference price G increasing with the lapse of months is assumed, and the difference between the reference price G and the cumulative rental fee ΣRENTAL is set as an assumed value (assumed sales price).
