<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product excellent in the softness, durability, prevention of displacement, and dispersion of contact pressure, effective in preventing and treating the bed sore, and a cushion material made of the layered product. <P>SOLUTION: The layered product consists of a sheet structure body A formed of a thermoplastic elastomer with a plurality of projections on one surface and a three-dimensional structure body B consisting of random loop-shaped or curled continuous linear bodies formed of thermoplastic resin, adjacent to each other, intertwined with each other in contact, and having a void whose bulk density is 0.01-1.0g/cm<SP>3</SP>. The sheet structure body A and the three-dimensional structure body B are layered in such a way that the projections constituting the sheet structure body A are brought into contact with the three-dimensional structure body B.
