PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information display device capable of surely providing information to a driver, moreover, being simply configured, and also being manufactured at low costs by effectively utilizing an image display panel such as a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information display device is provided with a light emitting display panel 10 for emission-displaying an information image on the surface, a panel driving mechanism 5 for altering the attitude of the light emitting display panel 10 by rotary-driving this light emitting display panel 10 about horizontal axis 11A, 11B, and a combiner 25 for reflecting the information image projected from a display surface 10a of the light emitting display panel 10 set to a predetermined attitude by this panel driving mechanism. The light emitting display panel 10 is so constructed as to be switchable between a direct viewing attitude allowing the driver to directly obtain the visual recognition of the information image displayed on the display surface 10a of the light emitting display panel 10 and a virtual image viewing attitude allowing the driver to visually recognize the information image displayed on the display surface 10a of the light emitting display panel 10 as a virtual image via the combiner 25.
