PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film superior in an anti-clouding property and heat shrinkability for a packaging film of a polyolefine resin. SOLUTION: The anti-clouding/heat shrinkable multilayered film of the polyolefine resin comprises at least four layers of a surface layer, an inner layer and a middle layer between the surface layer and the inner layer and/or between the inner layer and the other inner layer and has a shrinkage factor of 20-50% at 80°C, a peak temperature measured by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, a peak temperature and a crystal melting amount determined by DSC measurement, the tear strength of the film and a ratio of the tear strength in the longitudinal direction to that in the cross direction are specified and also the resin compositions for the inner layer and for the surface layer are specified, respectively.
