PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide type dielectric filter which does not produce the problem of mechanical strength and is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In this waveguide type dielectric filter in which a plurality of resonators are constructed in a dielectric block and connection between the resonators is adjusted, the dielectric block is formed by connecting a plurality of dielectric boards divided in the arrangement direction of the resonators, and a connection part between the resonators consists of grooves formed on the connection surfaces of the connection part. Through holes are formed on the connection surfaces to be connection adjusting parts. The grooves are formed at least on one of the connected dielectric boards, and a conductive film of the connection surfaces can be a connection part for an inputting-outputting part.
