<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a current sensor for magnetic field measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A toroidal coil 2 is wound around an insulated annulus ring conductor 11 of a notched shape at a part of a closed loop, each one end of both the conductors are connected to regard the another ends of both the conductors as detection terminals. Alternatively, an insulated toroidal coil 22 is wound around an annulus ring conductor 1 of a notched shape at the part of the closed loop, each one end of both the conductors are connected to regard the another ends as detection terminal. Or a coil 32 is wound around a linear center conductor 31, and then an insulated membrane is formed on at least either one surface of both the conductors. Each one end of both the conductors are connected to set the another ends of both the conductors as detection terminals, and then the central conductor 31 is formed in a shape of a closed loop, in which a part thereof is notched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
