<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus(1) permitting manufacture of a continuous adhered sheet(A) in which a continuous film(F) of a thermoplastic resin is stuck to a continuous sheet(S) of a thermoplastic resin without warping. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus(1) has an extrusion die(2) extruding a heat-molten thermoplastic resin(P) continuously into a sheet, a rolling roll(3) rolling the extruded resin(P1) into a continuous sheet(S), a holding mechanism(4) holding the rolled continuous sheet(S) level, a heater(5) heating a to-be-adhered surface(Sa) of the held continuous sheet(S) and an adhesion roll(6) adhering a continuous film(F) to the heated continuous sheet(S). A continuous adhered sheet(A) is manufactured by extruding the resin(P) into a sheet, rolling the resultant sheet to obtain the sheet(S), heating the to-be-adhered surface(Sa) of the sheet(S) while holding the sheet(S) level and adhering the film(F) to the sheet(S). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
