PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven axial fan 1 increasing blowing quantity and cooling an electric motor 5, by effectively fairing a front wall 21 of a boss part 2. SOLUTION: The motor-driven axial fan 1 is an integrally molded product of resin, and has the boss part 2 including the front wall 21 and a plurality of blades 3 formed integrally with an outer periphery of the boss part 21 at an equal interval. A motor is coaxially attached at a rear of the boss part 2. Inclined walls 6 formed by extending root parts 32 of the blades 3 are formed to the front wall 21 of the boss part 2. Front faces 61 of inclined walls 6 smoothly continue to front faces of the blade root parts to generates an air flow A increasing the blowing quantity of the axial fan 1.
