PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring hook for a color cone, which dispenses with temporary setting of a pile for indicating a boundary of a construction site etc., binding or winding of a rope to or on the temporary set pile, a pole, or the like, and arrangement of a heavy and bulky barricade.
