PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which changes the interval time to resend data according to the idle state of a path and the state of data collision on the path. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a data transmitting part 10 which resends a datum when it collides with another datum, an idle state detecting part 20 which checks whether a network 50 is idle and outputs interval time based on the idle state of the network 50, a collision state detecting part 30 which checks whether the datum collides with another datum on the network 50 and outputs interval time based on the collision state of data on the network 50, and a resending interval time calculating part 40 which calculates interval time to resend the datum on the basis of the interval time based on the idle state of the network 50 and the collision state of data on the network 50.
