PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of which the non-film face reflection color tone, the film face reflection color tone and the penetration color tone of vertical incident light as well as the non-film face reflection color tone, the film face reflection color tone and the penetration color tone of oblique incident light have an appearance color tone suitable for buildings and vehicles and of which the deviation of the non-film face color tone of vertical incident light is hardly felt even if the film thickness distribution is occurred due to a variation of manufacturing conditions; and to provide a structure having the same. SOLUTION: The laminate has a transparent substrate and a heat ray reflective coating layered on one side of the transparent substrate. The heat ray reflective coating includes three layers laminated in the following order on the transparent substrate: a first layer of a transparent dielectric layer, a second layer of an infrared reflective layer and a third layer of a transparent dielectric layer. The optical film thickness of the first layer is 50-100 nm. The optical film thickness of the third layer is 50-72 nm. The geometric film thickness of the second layer is 9-15 nm.
