PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of workers, and to improve the container delivery working efficiency such as shortening of the working time by automatically performing a series of works from the transfer in a container working range to the supply of the container to a working stage and recovery. SOLUTION: When arranging a self-travelling vehicle main body 14 opposite to the working stage 10, the self-travelling vehicle main body 14 can be drawn up in the separated condition without using a siding. In the drawn up condition, a main frame 32 is rotated at nearly 90 degree from a travelling position and moved to a delivery position, and a slide frame 34 is slid from a housing position to a bridging position so that the slide frame 34 is projected from the main frame 34, and a container loading base and the working stage 10 can be arranged practically adjacent to each other. A carrying route space can be simplified by using such a multi-functional self-travelling carrying vehicle 12, and degree of freedom in lay-out of the whole of the working space can be increased.
