PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly cool contents in a cooler box for a vehicle for cooling the contents by introducing cold air from an air conditioner for the vehicle. SOLUTION: A coating member 5 for covering a cold air inlet side inner wall surface where a cold air inlet 10 of an inner wall surface of a case 1 is located has a surface for circulating air between front and rear sides and air ventilating member arranged between the cold air inlet side inner wall surface and the surface and having an air passage extending substantially parallel to the cold air inlet side inner wall surface formed at the inside. As a result, cold air flows to a refrigerating chamber 2 by passing the surface after being diffused in a direction substantially parallel to the cold air inlet side inner wall surface within the air ventilating member, and thereby cold air flows to each part of the refrigerating chamber 2 substantially uniformly and evenly to substantially uniformly cool the contents.
