The invention generally concerns the field of cutting machines using a laser beam; more particularly, it concerns a slat system for a laser cutting machine table. Said slats (8) consist each of a box (9), containing a plurality of juxtaposed rungs, arranged parallel or substantially parallel, each rung (10) being in the form of a thin folded sheet plate comprising at least two parts connected along the folding line, one first part arranged substantially parallel to the direction of incidence of the laser beam and constituting a support band whereof the free upper ridge forms a support element for the product (4) to be cut, and a second part inclined relative to the direction of incidence of the laser beam and constituting a oblique band for deflecting the laser beam (3). |
