<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembly and the adjustment of an objective lens including a plurality of lenses which can not be bonded with an adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: In the objective lens 1 provided with a plurality of lenses 10-1 to 10-6, a plurality of lens holding frames 20-1 to 20-6 holding the respective lenses 10-1 to 10-6, and a housing 40 in which a plurality of lens holding frames 20-1 to 20-7 are housed, the lens holding frames 20-3 and 20-4 out of a plurality of lens holding frames 20-1 to 20-6 are housed in the housing 40 through an intermediate barrel 30, and the optical axes of a plurality of lenses 10-3 and 10-4 held by the lens holding frames 20-3 and 20-4 are aligned by an eccentricity adjusting tool 60 provided in the intermediate barrel 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
