<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure for controlling excessive displacement in a direction of valve of a diaphragm in a power element. <P>SOLUTION: In a lower housing 20, an annular inner protrusion 21 is integrally formed as a receiving part for controlling displacement to the side of the valve 1 of the diaphragm 14. The surface opposed to the diaphragm 14 of the inner protrusion 21 corresponds to the shape of a disk 16 in an upper housing 13. By so doing, the number of constituent part items and labor hours required for assembling are reduced. A cause of reduction in yield due to reverse assembling of a disk required on the side of the valve 1 and shortage of parts is reduced, which leads to increase in the productivity of the pressure control valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
