PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the occurrence of damaging and carrying failure of a carrying object when the carrying object inclines when transferring the carrying object to the next conveyor device from a conveyor device. SOLUTION: This conveyor device 10b has a pair of fixed guides 15 and 15 arranged at an interval W matching to a width of a base board 1 being the carrying object, receiving side moving guides 16b and 16b arranged in a carrying object receiving side end part of the fixed guides 15 and 15 and a damper 20 resisting the movement of these receiving side moving guides 16b. The receiving side moving guides 16b are rockably arranged in the direction for expanding a carrying object receiving width W. The damper 20 acts in the direction for narrowing a mutual interval to these guides 16b when the receiving side moving guides 16b rock in the direction for expanding the mutual interval.
