PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the warning device for a locking device easily mounted on a door and operated interlocked with the lock mechanism of the locking device. SOLUTION: This warning device is provided with a locking means for locking a door and a lock means for locking the locking means. This warning device is provided with a warning means, a first switch arranged at the warning device for turning on/off the operation of the warning means and a second switch means interlocked with the lock means of the locking means. This warning device is also provided with a warning control means for operating the warning means when the lock means is released by the second switch means after the first switch is turned on and a disconnection warning means for operating the warning means when wiring connecting the locking means to the warning means is cut or short-circuited after the first switch is turned on.
