<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnable wiring apparatus wherein fixing, leading-out and attaching work to an instrument of a connection cable are carried out easily. <P>SOLUTION: An inside member 1 having a sole plate part 11 and an inner tube part 4, an outside member 2 having an outer tube part 5 surrounding the inner tube part 4 and a top plate part 21 closing the outer tube part 5, and the connection cable 3 accommodated between the inner tube part 4 and the outer tube part 5 are installed. The inside member 1 and the outside member 2 are turnable wiring apparatuses which are arranged coaxially. The inside member 1 is provided with a latch 41 which fixes one end of the connection cable 3 and a mounting part 6 which fixes the other end of a connection cable 3a which is tethered to the sole plate part 11 via a retaining member 14. The outside member 2 is provided with an attaching part 7 which corresponds to the mounting part 6, and engaged with the inside member 1.
