PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a laminated type and to improve a degree of freedom in designing. SOLUTION: In this laminated heat exchanger 11 manufactured by laminating a heat conducting plate 27 and a channel member 30, the channel member 30 is formed by a circular wall 31, and side walls 33, 34 formed by bending the circular wall 31 from its both side edges, the circular wall 31 is kept into contact with the heat conducting plate at its one side, and tips of the side walls 33, 34 are laminated in a state of being kept into contact with the heat conducting plate 27 at the other side, whereby a dimension of a channel can be adjusted only by adjusting a dimension of a bending margin of the channel member 30, and a degree of freedom in designing the channel can be improved.
