PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic-pressure bearing motor capable of improving the performance of the motor by meeting the high-speed rotation of a motor shaft and by restraining the generation of vibration and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost by the use of an auxiliary dynamic-pressure generating means. SOLUTION: This dynamic-pressure bearing motor comprises the motor shaft; a support for supporting the motor shaft; a shaft holder coupled to one end of the motor shaft; and the auxiliary dynamic-pressure generating means provided on the support and the shaft holder.
