PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic vibration-absorbing device and a molded component removing machine attached with the dynamic vibration-absorbing device, capable of effectively damping various types of vibrations by providing in a movable section such as a lifting arm of the molded component removing machine and changing the natural frequency and the damping factor of the vibration generated by a single device, of effectively absorbing the residual vibration of an arm corresponding to changes of various types of carrying-out conditions, and capable of effectively carrying-out operations. SOLUTION: Functional fluid in which solid particulates are dispersed in solvent is sealed so as to flow in a container and the solid particulates are orientated by an external field to be applied to change the viscosity of the functional fluid corresponding to the natural frequency and the damping factor of resonance frequency generated with the flow of the functional fluid.
