PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling nozzle capable of effectively preventing drip of liquid stuff from a discharge port after the feed of the liquid stuff from a feeder to the filling nozzle is stopped, and efficiently performing the filling work. SOLUTION: The filling nozzle 40 comprises a tubular nozzle body 41 and a tubular discharge part 42 formed continuous to one end 41a of the nozzle body 41, and discharges liquid stuff from the forward end 42a of the discharge part 42. In the filling nozzle 40, the inside diameter D<SB>1</SB>of the forward end 42a out of at least the inside diameter of the discharge part 42 is larger than the inside diameter d<SB>1</SB>of one end 41a. The filling nozzle 40 can fill the liquid stuff of a predetermined quantity with excellent accuracy, and no defective seal attributable to liquid drip from the filling nozzle 40 occurs in a bag-making and filling device having the filling nozzle.
