PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake traction control valve capable of properly maintaining braking pressure on the outlet side of a hydraulic pump even without a special by-pass channel and a relief valve by providing a self-relief function making the valve open by itself. SOLUTION: This brake traction control valve is constituted by including an opening and closing member 40 provided on an end part of a plunger 35 free to advance and retreat to open and close an orifice 36a of a valve seat 36 and a relief spring 41 provided on an end part of the plunger to open the orifice as the opening and closing member is pushed by hydraulic pressure and to pressurize the opening and closing member.
