PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with high stability allowing a person having reduced physical strength to easily ride it, though a conventional vehicle such as bicycle run by driving of a rear wheel by reciprocation of a long pedal lever or a crank charges large load to the leg of the person having reduced physical strength and low stability. SOLUTION: A biaxial driving mechanism is provided with a seat and a back rest. The vehicle has three-wheel specification where vertical and longitudinal movement of sitting action and clinging action of a rider provide a driving force by respective vertical racks locked to the seat and the back rest.
