PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a resin part for molding the retaining part of a clip in one piece without any damage in appearance by sink marks. SOLUTION: When a clip retaining part 10 is molded to the resin part 5 in one piece and the resin part 5 is mounted to a base member 1 via a clip 7, the clip retaining part 10 comprises a clip mounting part 11 for mounting the clip 7 that is molded in one piece so that it can be bent via first and second hinge sections 11a, 12a from a non-exterior part 5b having a small amount of appearance influence in the resin part 5; and a positioning part 12 for fixing the clip mounting part 11 to a specific position in a bent state, thus preventing influence to the appearance of a general exterior part 5a even if sink marks are generated at the molding section of the clip mounting part 11 and the positioning part 12.
