PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracked edge of a panel from remaining and surely prevent an operation knob from remaining as a projected matter on the surface of the control panel for a vehicle after receiving a collision force from inside the cabin. SOLUTION: A picture display panel 15 is adopted to have a constitution that the panel 15 is mounted with a speed nut 17 to release a joined state from the back surface side of the panel body 16 when it is received with an external force of not less than predetermined strength.
