PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion-molding device with which a ligneous synthetic board, which has an uniform density among cellulosic crushed articles and a high density, is formed around the cellulose crushed articles while suppressing generation of bubbles and blow-holes at the time of extrusion. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device for ligneous synthetic powder comprises a fluidizing/mixing/kneading means by which the cellulosic crushed articles and a thermoplastic resin molding material are mixed and the thermoplastic material is adhered to the whole surface of each sole one of the cellulosic crushed articles, gelatinized/kneaded by friction heat, a cooling/pelletizing means for cooling and pelletizing the gelatinized and kneaded material and a screening/grading means for grading the cooled/pelletized woody powder. The extrusion-molding device constituted of an extruder with a screw for extruding the woody synthetic powder produced by the manufacturing device in heating and kneading and a molding die connected to an extrusion die of the extruder.
