PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader controlling equipment by which an improvement in productive efficiency can be promoted without carrying out a wasteful performance to the loader when started. SOLUTION: A loader program 33 is made to have a plurality of divided cycle programs 33b which carry out each divided cycle operation, respectively, of which the performance of the loader 1 is divided into a plurality of the divided cycles. A status storage means 35 is provided which is used to memorize a status discriminating intelligence for discriminating the status of the chuck or the like of a machine tool against this loader 9 and the chuck of the loader 9. A subsequent performed divided cycle resolution means 36 is provided for deciding the divided cycle program 33b to be performed next in response to the status discriminating intelligence memorized in the status storage means 35 when the performance of each divided cycle program 33b is ended.
