PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing electrolytic water to solve the problem that the usage purpose of electrolytic water producing equipment is limited and water is wasted although the astringent effect is found in simultaneously produced acidic water, most of the acidic water is regarded as water having no utility value and is discharged into the drain when potable alkaline ion water is produced by electrolyzing raw water including city water or the like. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water producing equipment for producing alkaline ion water and acidic water by electrolyzing water comprises a tank for storing the produced acidic water.
