PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder tablet of which the driving mechanism can be simplified comparing with the conventional ones so that cost can be reduced and a medicine dispensing apparatus as well as a medicine dispensing and packaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The medicine dispensing apparatus A1 and the medicine dispensing and packaging apparatus A include the powder tablet 240 having an operation tab 241b and a powder dispensing mechanism 250 to successively release powder valves 241 of two or more powders boxes 242 by moving the powder tablet 240 in the direction X1, wherein the mechanism 250 moves the tablet 240 in the one side of the direction X1 to release the valve 241 of the tab 241b with a valve opener 251 which connects to the tab 241b at the position corresponding to the tab 241b when the each valve 241 is held in the approximate parallel direction of the direction X1.
