SURGICAL SCALPEL FOR PLASTIC SURGERY AND METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT SAID SURGERY

The inventive scalpel for plastic surgery comprises a cutting part (1) embodied in the form of a multiwire strand whose diameter ranges from 0.2 to 0.5 mm twisted from several super small steel flexible threads and a needle (2) whose point (3) is embodied in a triangular form preferably on à of the length thereof which is equal to or higher than 60 mm. In preferred embodiment the length of the cutting unit of the scalpel ranges from 30 to 50 mm. Said niddle provided with triangular point makes it possible to pierce the skin in an easy manner and pass through subdermal tissues without traumatising vessels and nerves. Said multiwire strand of the cutting unit precludes formation of loops where it enters the skin, exits therefrom, and does not torsion. The inventive method consists in piercing the skin (4) with the niddle (2) of the scalpel to a low depth into a subcutaneous fat (5), turning said needle along a predefined contour line, leading it to a point (6) of a first piercing and in separating tissues by gentle sliding motions in such a way that a cellulocutaneous flap which is used for transplantation on a defective area of a patient is formed. Said surgery method reduces operational injuries and bleeding sickness.
