<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plastic film container lid to be opened quite easily while keeping a strength of the plastic film as well as its convenience in use and also keeping a superior characteristic in view of its cost. <P>SOLUTION: This plastic film container lid (1) is adhered to or melted and adhered to an opening end part (8) of a container (7) for food and is provided with a seal opening tab (2) at its outer circumference. This tab is provided with a slit (4). It is satisfactory that the slit is arranged to extend from an outer edge of the tab in an inward direction or from an inside part of the outer edge of the tab in an inward direction.
