摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat dissipation by reducing thermal resistance between an inner unit and an external cabinet in a submarine repeater. <P>SOLUTION: Heat conduction plates 4a, 4b are arranged so as to be in contact with the periphery of the inner unit 1 and the internal perimeter of the external cabinet 2. A mesh spring layer 3 wherein strands 6 formed in waveform are collected and woven is arranged between the heat conduction plates 4a, 4b. The layer 3 and the plates 4a, 4b are bonded and fixed by solder bonding parts 7. Valley parts 6a in the waveform of the strands 6 are bonded to the heat conduction plate 4a, and crest parts 6b are bonded to the heat conduction plate 4b. As a result, heat generated in the inner unit 1 is dissipated effectively to the external cabinet 2 side through the strands 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
