PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a high efficiency Internet phone system as a whole by coordinating and fusing a network communication system adopting the HCAP system and an existing system.

SOLUTION: When address information of a fixed IP phone 210 of called party is unknown, a user enters called party telephone number information to a caller side fixed IP phone 110, the caller side fixed IP phone 110 makes a call to a call control management server 300, the call control management server 300 connects the caller to the called party. After the called party fixed IP phone 210 makes a speech, the called party fixed IP phone 210 transmits the called party address information to an address information exchange server 400, the address information exchange server 400 stores the called party address information, the caller side fixed IP phone 110 accesses the address information exchange server 400 after a prescribed period, when the user enters the called party address information to the caller side fixed IP phone 110, and the address information exchange server 400 deletes the called party address information.
