CHLORINATED POLYOLEFIN-BASED RESIN SOLUTION HAVING GOOD STABILITY AT LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin solution for primer, printing ink or adhesive, having good adhesion, excellent in resistance to solvent without impairing stability of an acid-modified chlorinated polyolefins or chlorinated polyolefins having low chlorine content with time at low temperature.

SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based binder solution having good stability at low temperature comprises acid-modified chlorinated polyolefins or chlorinated polyolefins having 15-35 wt.% chlorine content and using propylene-α-olefin copolymer containing 93-98 mol% propylene component as a raw material, and crystal melting calorie based on thermal analysis of differential scanning calorimeter of these resins is 0-2 J/g and solid content concentration of the resin solution is 10-40 wt.%.
