<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly acquire the IP address of a server module when a client module acquires the IP address of a connection source in a network in which HTTP communication is performed by a fire wall and an HTTP tunneling server. <P>SOLUTION: Communication equipment 20 of this invention is provided with a transmitting part 22 and a returning part 24. When a WAN (wide area network) node 14 (WAN) notifies a WAN address and the address of a LAN (local area network) node 16 (LAN) of a transmission request destination and makes a transmission request for a packet and a conversion request for a transmission source address, the transmitting part 22 transmits a packet to a transmission request destination LAN with a virtual address as the address of a transmission request source WAN to a NAT router 18 (NAT).
