PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetizing apparatus which can magnetize with an output voltage lower than a prior art by saturating a magnetic field by efficiently capturing a magnetic flux to a magnet material at a magnetizing time, and which has high power saving, high density and high safety. SOLUTION: A magnetic flux control member 18 having an opening 18a of substantially the same shape as a magnet material 14 and a radially extending slit 18b is disposed in a magnetizing coil 12.
