PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking system, with which a behavior of a vehicle during ABS control can be stabilized. SOLUTION: In this braking system, when a condition, in a normal ABS control mode, to open a lateral force of a wheel is satisfied, a target slip rate is changed in the direction to increase greater than that determined in the ABS control mode.
